“At KTBhair, my goal is to provide you with an amazing experience and hair you love. To ensure fairness and clarity for everyone, please review my salon policies below:

1. All Services Are Final
• If you are happy at the end of your appointment, your service is considered complete and final.
• Refunds are not available for completed services.
• Please speak up during your appointment if you would like adjustments—we want you to leave satisfied!

2. Service Adjustments
• If there is a true technical issue (rare, but it can happen), you must contact KTBhair within 48 hours of your appointment.
• Adjustments are at my discretion and must be scheduled within 7 days.
• Requests outside of 48 hours, or due to factors outside of the salon’s control (heat damage, chlorine, at-home care, etc.), will be treated as a new paid service.

3. Consultation & Expectations
• A detailed consultation will be provided prior to all color and specialty services.
• Please share your full hair history (previous color, treatments, extensions, etc.)—without this, results cannot be guaranteed.
• Results may require multiple sessions for safety and best outcomes.

4. Booking & Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit may be required for new clients, bridal services, or color transformations.
• Deposits are applied to your total cost at checkout.
• Cancellations/no-shows within the required timeframe forfeit the deposit.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
• A minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the booked service.
• After 3 missed or last-minute cancellations, future appointments may require full prepayment.

6. Lateness
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten or reschedule your service, and a fee may apply.

7. Pricing & Payments
• All prices are subject to change based on time, product, and technique required.
• You will be informed of any additional costs before they are added.
• Full payment is required at the end of your appointment.

8. Products & At-Home Care
• I will recommend professional home care to protect your results. I cannot guarantee longevity if non-professional products are used.

9. Right to Refuse Service
• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, unsafe, or who requests a service I believe will compromise the health of the hair.

10. Agreement

By booking an appointment with KTBhair, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
