Ktbhair does ktips and genius wefts
K-Tips are installed and stay in the hair for 3 months. Then you come back, have everything removed and new hair installed. Consultation is needed for price. This is very custom and each person needs different hair and placement.
Genius wefts you can add 1 row for volume. 2-3 rows volume and length. Ktbhair offers no show rows and traditional. Each row is $200 for the install. The hair is purchased separately and consultation is needed. Everyone needs a different amount of hair. There isn’t a set universal amount. You get them installed and then 8-10 weeks removed and fully installed. If hair is properly taken care of it can last 1 year.
At home hair extension care
-Don’t wash more than 2x per week
-do a double shampoo and cleanse scalp well. Conditioner is just for mids and ends. Keep off root area.
-Dont go to bed with wet hair. Leave hair in a low pony tail or braid before bead. Sleep with a silk pillow case.
-Extensions don’t need damage repair. They need hydration. Use hydrating shampoo, conditioner, hair masks. Use a clarifying shampoo once a week.
- If you have blonde extensions use a clear oil and not yellow
-To cut down blow dry time use Oribe royal blowout
-Brush hair with extension brush multiple times a day.
-When washing hair in shower don’t put head back. Keep extensions laying flat down on head.
-Dint push sun glasses up on head. Remove then place on head.
-Don’t PICK AT YOUR EXTENSIONS! You need to separate ktips every day. However pick and pulling at wefts will make them slip.
-Only do high pony tails for a short time and make sure they are lose.
-Scrunchies are your best friends. Get XL to hold hair up
-curling hair with a XL barrel makes life easier.
-when you re style hair with hot tools on dry hair use a Aerosol heat protection. Oribe has a dry heat protection.
-when your enjoying time with your partner make sure they are gentle with your hair and show them how to pull them properly. Xoxo
