With over a decade of extension experience, I’ll help you understand the why behind your placement and application so you can make more thoughtful decisions for each client.

Your mentorship includes:

• Four private 45-minute virtual coaching sessions
• A personalized learning plan based on your experience and goals
• One detailed photo or video review each week, with feedback on your work
• Weekday messaging support throughout your 30 days, with responses within two business days
• Guidance on consultations, color matching, placement, sectioning, weight distribution, blending, maintenance and removal
• Help pricing your extension services and explaining the investment to clients

K-Tip Focus: Bond sizing, attachment placement, sectioning, density customization, blending and removal.

Weft Focus: Row placement, bead foundation, stitching, tension, weight distribution and troubleshooting.
