Katie Brenner is a globally recognized hairstylist, international educator, hair-extension specialist, and the Global Artistic Director for Oli G Haircare. Throughout her career, she has held influential leadership roles as the former Global Artistic Director for both JRL Professional and RUSK Haircare, as well as Artistic Director for Christian Michael Hair Extensions.

With nearly two decades of experience, Katie has collaborated with some of the beauty industry’s most respected brands, including L’Oréal, Redken, Moroccanoil, Olivia Garden, DreamCatchers Hair Extensions, Shark Fin Shears, JRL Professional, RUSK, and Oli G. Her work has been featured in national publications including Allure, ELLE, and Cosmopolitan and has received recognition across numerous industry platforms.

Certified in multiple hair-extension techniques, Katie specializes in creating customized extension transformations that prioritize scalp health, natural-hair integrity, seamless placement, and long-term wear. Her expertise includes K-tip and weft extensions, dimensional color, precision haircutting, and advanced installation techniques tailored to each client’s hair, lifestyle, and goals.

Katie’s passion for education has taken her to stages, salons, and professional beauty events around the world. She is known for making advanced techniques approachable while helping hairstylists strengthen their confidence, refine their craft, and build sustainable careers behind the chair.

Drawing from her years of experience as a stylist, artistic director, product developer, and educator, Katie is now creating KTBhair—her own luxury hair-extension brand and professional education platform. Through KTBhair, she is developing advanced extension education, signature installation techniques, professional tools, and carefully sourced hair designed to support both exceptional results and the health of the client’s natural hair.
